Rupert Webb
Director & CEO
Rupert spent many years in the international superyacht industry leading teams of people undertaking re-fit and maintenance work on vessels. Within this work he was responsible for costing the various projects and drew on his knowledge and understanding of the industry to manage teams of sub-contractors all over the world; carrying out works for UHNWI clients and their representatives, he was in high demand and had an excellent reputation of delivering these works to a high standard and exceptional level of detail.
-
With family connections within the building industry to support him, Rupert moved back to England, and focused his attentions on an opportunity he was given by a privately owned country Estate in Dorset; he was known to the owners of the estate and they were familiar with building works he had undertaken in the local area on his own properties and for private clients in the past.
They approached Rupert and asked if he would renovate 2 properties as they wished to capitalize on the booming ‘staycation’ marketplace and intended to rent these as high-end holiday lets. They were very happy with both projects and asked if he and his team of sub-contractors would also completely renovate the village Pub and a large Tithe Barn for use as a wedding venue. During this time Rupert was also approached by 3 separate clients to undertake significant renovation works on their newly acquired, private households. With the future of yachting through the pandemic still unclear and with increasing numbers of people leaving London and purchasing properties requiring significant building works in the local counties of Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire; Rupert saw an opportunity to form a Limited company and commit his time and efforts to create a high end renovation company with the aim to deliver an outstanding level of finish to the client.
